The 401 Group

Who We Are
/What We Do

Individuals committed to the power
of combining Strategy + Design.

What is your business all about?

At The 401 Group, we not only help you answer that question, we help you grow your image, protect it, and incorporate it into your company’s culture using the lessons learned in both traditional design and political warfare.

Our in house team builds your brand and then delivers it in a full spectrum of promotions. Our public relations specialists grow your image and perfect your pitch. Our event planning professionals make sure that your event embodies your brand and who you are. We do it all utilizing our combination of creative design and smart strategy.

Our team offers clients a diverse approach to brand development. The combination of focus on non-traditional design and smart strategy gives The 401 Group a perspective many firms lack.

Our creative professionals have spent years working in the traditional world of design and advertising, focusing on establishing a strong understanding of the culture of their clients and generating advertising and design the embodies that culture.

Our founding principals bring experience from the political world that focused on planning and executing a strategy for success by combining the utilization of solid strategy and creative advertising.

Jen Holman Zaborney has a unique background in both fine arts and political campaigning. This unique combination blends her training and experience into the communications, branding, strategy and design that the 401 Group is known for.  She also has extensive experience planning events from grassroots rallies to major donor fundraisers for clients across the Commonwealth.

In 2011 Zaborney was the Co-Director of the Corbett Cawley Inaugural Committee where she managed the plan and execution of Pennsylvania’s 2011 Inaugural Activities, encompassing three days of events and ceremonies for over 4,000 participants.

Her paintings have been shown in private galleries and public shows and her political activities have been recognized by PoliticsPA as the top 30 Under 30, 2010. She lives and works with her husband, Ray, in Harrisburg.

Megan Davis is the award winning Creative Director for the 401 Group. Her expertise in Print and web design will allow your unique story to be amplified through diverse media. Megan has had the pleasure of branding numerous businesses and events in Central PA, in this very fashion.

Her current (albeit conflicting) goals include getting outside as much as possible and setting up a letterpress studio in her spare bedroom. She currently resides in Harrisburg with her husband, Will.
